In 2002, Sika AG, Switzerland acquired 100% stake in the company and since then the company has been rechristened as Sika India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidary of Sika AG.

In the construction sector, business activities cover the full spectrum of project types ranging from infrastructural development to buildings, from institutional facilities to manufacturing plant.
